The view from my Torre Condomar condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico’s famous Hotel Zone could be yours to behold. Whether you have the morning sea breeze to greet you, or the glowing rays of sunset to send you into an exciting evening, this spectacular view promises the magical memories of a lifetime.
The two-room open concept paradise provides a Zen like experience for a king size bed and a sofa bed, each with a fabulous view of the ocean. High-powered air conditioning for a breezy atmosphere adjustable to your liking and high-speed internet, televisions, and local cable TV to keep you connected.
Note: You are allowed 6 guests but there is only one king size bed and a sofa bed.

Fantastic restaurants, some of the hottest nightclubs, high tech movie theatres, modern shopping malls, full-service grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies and the airport are all nearby. Taxis, Uber and buses are at your door to take you anywhere you want to go in minutes. Go south and you will hit the Malecon and Old Town (Romantic Zone). Go further south and you will arrive in Boca de Tomatlan. From there you can take a water taxi to Yelapa, a small fishing village frequented by the likes of Bob Dylan. Travel north and you will arrive at The Marina, Nuevo Vallarta, BucerÃas, Punta Mita, Sayulita and San Pancho. You will be perfectly situated to explore everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

The condo will be cleaned and supplied before you arrive and again after you leave. If your stay is 14 days or more, we will provide a full cleaning between 11am and 3pm on the 7th day of your stay. If you would like an extra full cleaning during your stay, the cost is $500 pesos. If you would like a quick cleaning with a change of towels and linens, the cost is $300 pesos. For a stay of 14 or more nights, we will provide a full cleaning and resupply on the 7th day of your stay.
A pillow will be provided for each guest. A full set of linens will be provided on each bed. Two sheets and a blanket will be provided for the sofa. Please check all drawers and closets.
Bar soap, hand soap, hair dryer, and clothes iron are supplied. For a stay of 1-6 nights each guest will be supplied with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 face cloth, and 1 roll of toilet paper. For a stay of 7-13 nights each guest will be supplied with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face cloths, and 2 rolls of toilet paper.
One bottle of water per guest will be provided to get you started. The tap water is tested and is verified as drinkable, but I cannot guarantee the quality of the tap water. It’s better to purchase bottled water. Sugar, coffee mate, and filters are supplied. Coffee is not supplied. Cooking oil, salt, and pepper are supplied. Dish soap, scrub pads, and dish towels are supplied.
Fabuloso spray, cleaning cloths, a mop and bucket, a broom and dustpan, and garbage bags will be supplied.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO READ ALL HOUSE RULES CAREFULLY AND TO UNDERSTAND THEM FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. My staff and I are always available to answer any questions you may have before you book and during your stay.
To book you must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The remaining 50% will be due no later than 15 days before your check-in date. If you cancel the reservation, you will lose your deposit. If you fail to pay your remaining balance 15 or more days before your check-in date the reservation will be cancelled. There is no refund for cancellations made within 15 days of your check-in.
NOT INCLUDED: The condo tower shares a property with a resort. You will have access to the condo only. You will not have access to the resort pool or beach. You can access the beach via a public laneway, and it is about a 10-minute walk.
NO PARKING: There is no parking onsite. There is a public parking space beside La Isla Mall which is about a 5-minute walk.
NO EARLY CHECK-IN: You will not be able to access the property before 3 pm. This is a resort rule and there is no exception. Sorry.
If you fail to return the keys/cards to the front desk at check-out, the resort will issue you a fine of $20 USD per missing key/card.
There is no smoking allowed in the condos. This is an administration rule.
No pets allowed.
Our cleaning staff performs an in-depth inspection after every reservation. Most of our guests are very respectful of our property, but unfortunately, we get a few that don’t understand or care that towels and linens stained with make up, blood, urine and other substance incur a cost. All damages, missing items and excessive cleaning will be reported, and a resolution request will be opened. You will be charged a $25 USD administration fee plus the cost of the damaged or missing items. We understand that accidents do happen, and we judge each situation on a case-by-case basis based on whether you reported the damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning to us.
The host, property owner, or Torre Condomar are not responsible for any accident injuries or lost items.

The condo tower is called Torre Condomar, and it is at Sunscape Resort & Spa (the old Holiday Inn) in the Hotel Zone. Sunscape is located right beside La Isla Mall.

Taxis are available at the airport. Taxis, Uber, InDriver, and buses are all easy to access anywhere in Puerto Vallarta. It is approximately a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. It is approximately a 20-minute taxi ride to the Malecon, Centro, and Romantic Zone.
There is no parking onsite. There is a free public parking space beside La Isla Mall which is about a 5-minute walk.
As the account holder, you will be responsible for ensuring that all your guests and visitors understand the House Rules. If you will not be attending the reservation, you must add at least one guest who will be attending to the communication. If you are not coming, or if your guests will be arriving separately, they must give your name to the security gate and front desk to check-in.
When you arrive to the security gate, simply give the name of the main contact, the person who booked the reservation. Proceed to the resort entrance and you will be met by resort staff who will guide you to the front desk to check-in to the condominium tower. At the front desk, give them your name to check in.
All guests including children must show one form of government issued identification with date of birth at check-in. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to check in if they are not relatives. According to law, it is illegal in the state of Jalisco.
Check-in time is anytime between 3pm and 10pm. The condominium tower does not all allow entry or luggage drop off before 3pm. I really wish we could help you with an early check-in or at least a luggage drop-off but it is not possible, sorry. The condominium front desk staff leaves for the night at 10 pm. If you arrive after 10 pm you can still check in by going to the resort front desk and requesting a condominium, check in.

If you have visitors, simply check them in at the front desk, ensuring they return their wristbands when they depart.
If the internet is not working, unplug the router, wait a minute, plug it back in, then wait 10 minutes for the service to reset. It’s rare, but the internet does go down for short periods in Mexico, sometimes for up to an hour. If after one hour it is still not working, please contact me.
Use the TV remote only to turn on the TV, then press the Source/Input bottom to switch to the active HDMI. With the Total Play Remote press the bottom “STB”, then turn on the TV box and navigate thru the channel list. If you have problems controlling the TV box, please disconnect it for thirty seconds, then connect it back. If, after trying this, it is still not working, please contact me.
The light on the balcony is on a timer controlled by the resort. It will come on automatically and it will go off automatically at approximately 11pm. Towels, clothes or other items are not allowed to be hung on the patio railing. Material with fuel or propane can’t be used on the balcony, in the condo, or in public areas.
To order food from external providers to be delivered to the resort, your delivery person must first get passed resort security. You must call the resort at +52 322 226 1700 ext. 1749 with the following information: 1) Your name and room number, 2) The delivery time, and 3) The name of the delivery person.
My cleaning staff are great, hardworking people and they generate great reviews. However, things do sometimes get overlooked, and if that is the case, please contact me so I can address it for you.
Linens, towels, bathroom supplies, cleaning, supplies, and kitchen supplies included can be found in our House Rules section. Please check all drawers and cupboards. They should be there somewhere. If after checking the House Rules and looking everywhere, you still can’t find them, please let us know and we will arrange to have them delivered.
