The view from my Torre Condomar condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico’s famous Hotel Zone could be yours to behold. Relax on your balcony while taking in where the sparkling waters of Banderas Bay and the silhouette of the Sierra Madre Mountains meet a bright blue sky. Whether you have the morning sea breeze to greet you, or the glowing rays of sunset to send you into an exciting evening, this spectacular view promises the magical memories of a lifetime.
The two-room open concept paradise provides a Zen-like experience for a king-sized bed. High-powered air conditioning for a breezy atmosphere adjustable to your liking and high-speed internet, a large screen HD television, and local cable TV to keep you connected. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, eat, and drink.
Note: You are allowed to have 6 guests but there is only one king-size bed, and one pull out sofa bed.
Fantastic restaurants, some of the hottest nightclubs, high tech movie theatres, modern shopping malls, full-service grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies and the airport are all nearby. Taxis, Uber and buses are at your door to take you anywhere you want to go in minutes. Go south and you will hit the Malecon and Old Town (Romantic Zone). Go further south and you will arrive in Boca de Tomatlan. From there you can take a water taxi to Yelapa, a small fishing village frequented by the likes of Bob Dylan. Travel north and you will arrive at The Marina, Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerías, Punta Mita, Sayulita and San Pancho. You will be perfectly situated to explore everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer.
NOT INCLUDED
The condo tower shares a property with Sunscape Resort. You will have access to the condo only. You will not have access to the resort pool or beach. You can access the beach via a public laneway, and it is about a 10-minute walk. Please have a look at the “Other things to note” section below for information about resort day passes.
NO PARKING
There is no parking onsite. There is a public parking space beside La Isla Mall which is about a 5-minute walk.

ACCOUNT HOLDER
As the account holder, it is your responsibility to ensure that all your guests and visitors understand and follow the House Rules and all instructions.
MINORS
Under no circumstances are minors allowed to check in if they are not relatives. According to law, it is illegal in the state of Jalisco.
CHECK IN TIME
Check-in time is any time after 3pm. Sorry, we are unable to provide early check-in or luggage drop-offs. Our cleaners arrive at 11am, with just enough time to clean and disinfect the entire property for your arrival at 3pm.
CHECK OUT TIME
The check-out time is 11 am. Sorry, a late check-out is not possible. Our cleaners arrive at 11am, with just enough time to clean and disinfect several properties for the next guests arriving at 3pm.
CLEANING SCHEDULE
The property will be cleaned and supplied before you arrive and again after you leave. If your stay is 14 days or more, we will provide full cleaning between 11am and 3pm on the 7th day of your stay.
BEDROOM SUPPLIES
A pillow will be provided for each guest. A full set of linens will be provided on each bed. Two bed sheets and a blanket will be provided for the sofa. Please check all drawers and closets.
BATHROOM SUPPLIES
Bar soap, hand soap, hair dryer, and clothes iron are supplied. For a stay of 1-6 nights each guest will be supplied with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 face cloth, and 1 roll of toilet paper. For a stay of 7-13 nights each guest will be supplied with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face cloths, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. For a stay of 14 or more nights, we will provide full cleaning and resupply on the 7th day of your stay.
KITCHEN SUPPLIES
One bottle of water per guest will be provided to get you started. The tap water is tested and is verified as drinkable, but I cannot guarantee the quality of the tap water. It’s better to purchase bottled water. Sugar, coffee mate, and filters are supplied. Coffee is not supplied. Cooking oil, salt, and pepper are supplied. Dish soap, scrub pads, and dish towels are supplied.
CLEANING SUPPLIES
Fabuloso spray, cleaning cloths, a mop and bucket, a broom and dustpan, and garbage bags will be supplied.
AIR CONDITIONING
We monitor air conditioning usage and consumption remotely using internet technology. Please turn off the air conditioning when not in use or when leaving the property. If you leave the doors or windows open, please turn off the air conditioning. There will be a fine for excessive usage.
KEYS/CARDS/REMOTES
If you fail to return the keys/cards/remotes you will be charged a $25 USD administration fee plus $20 USD for each missing item. Please don’t forget to return these items.
PETS
There are no pets allowed. If you are bringing a service animal you must show appropriate documentation at check in.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEES
Towels and linens stained with make-up, blood, urine and other substances incur a cost. You will be charged a $25 USD administration fee plus the extra cleaning and replacement costs.
DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS
Our cleaning staff performs an in-depth inspection after every reservation. All damages and missing items will be reported, and a resolution request will be opened. You will be charged a $25 USD administration fee plus the cost of the damaged or missing items. We understand that accidents do happen, and we judge each situation on a case-by-case basis based on whether you reported the damage or missing items to us.
PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT
Please make sure you take all your items with you when you leave. Look in cupboards, drawers etc. If you leave an item, cleaning staff will deliver it to our office at the end of their shift. You can plan to pick it up from Monday to Friday between 11am and 3pm. We do not deliver. It is very important to take all your items with you when you leave.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The host and property owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and for securing their valuables.

The day pass includes a 300 MXN credit for food and drinks, then you pay the rest in cash if you go over the credit. The credit amount for minors is 200 MXN. It is a roof top pool, smaller but nice. They have Happy Hour from 1 to 7 pm every day. Pay for two drinks and get one for free.
