Travel north and you will arrive at The Marina, Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerías, Punta Mita, Sayulita and San Pancho. You will be perfectly situated to explore everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

ACCOUNT HOLDER
As the account holder, it is your responsibility to ensure that all your guests and visitors understand and follow the House Rules and all instructions.
MINORS
Under no circumstances are minors allowed to check in if they are not relatives. According to law, it is illegal in the state of Jalisco.
CHECK IN TIME
Check-in time is any time after 3pm. Sorry, we are unable to provide early check-in or luggage drop-offs. Our cleaners arrive at 11am, with just enough time to clean and disinfect the entire property for your arrival at 3pm.
CHECK OUT TIME
The check-out time is 11 am. Sorry, a late check-out is not possible. Our cleaners arrive at 11am, with just enough time to clean and disinfect several properties for the next guests arriving at 3pm.
CLEANING SCHEDULE
The property will be cleaned and supplied before you arrive and again after you leave. If your stay is 14 days or more, we will provide full cleaning between 11am and 3pm on the 7th day of your stay.
BEDROOM SUPPLIES
A pillow will be provided for each guest. A full set of linens will be provided on each bed. Two bed sheets and a blanket will be provided for the sofa. Please check all drawers and closets.
BATHROOM SUPPLIES
Bar soap, hand soap, hair dryer, and clothes iron are supplied. For a stay of 1-6 nights each guest will be supplied with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 face cloth, and 1 roll of toilet paper. For a stay of 7-13 nights each guest will be supplied with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face cloths, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. For a stay of 14 or more nights, we will provide full cleaning and resupply on the 7th day of your stay.
KITCHEN SUPPLIES
One bottle of water per guest will be provided to get you started. The tap water is tested and is verified as drinkable, but I cannot guarantee the quality of the tap water. It’s better to purchase bottled water. Sugar, coffee mate, and filters are supplied. Coffee is not supplied. Cooking oil, salt, and pepper are supplied. Dish soap, scrub pads, and dish towels are supplied.
CLEANING SUPPLIES
Fabuloso spray, cleaning cloths, a mop and bucket, a broom and dustpan, and garbage bags will be supplied.
AIR CONDITIONING
We monitor air conditioning usage and consumption remotely using internet technology. Please turn off the air conditioning when not in use or when leaving the property. If you leave the doors or windows open, please turn off the air conditioning. There will be a fine for excessive usage.
KEYS/CARDS/REMOTES
If you fail to return the keys/cards/remotes you will be charged a $25 USD administration fee plus $20 USD for each missing item. Please don’t forget to return these items.
PETS
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines: Pets must be always supervised and are not permitted on beds or furniture unless you bring your own protective covers. Please walk your pet outside for bathroom breaks and clean up immediately after them. Pet waste must be disposed of properly in sealed bags and placed in the outdoor garbage bins. Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused by their pets, including but not limited to scratches, stains, odors, or excessive cleaning required. Additional cleaning or repair costs will be charged if necessary. Please keep your pet quiet and respectful of neighbors—no excessive barking or disturbance is allowed. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning fees or charges for damages.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEES
Towels and linens stained with make-up, blood, urine and other substances incur a cost. You will be charged a $25 USD administration fee plus the extra cleaning and replacement costs.
DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS
Our cleaning staff performs an in-depth inspection after every reservation. All damages and missing items will be reported, and a resolution request will be opened. You will be charged a $25 USD administration fee plus the cost of the damaged or missing items. We understand that accidents do happen, and we judge each situation on a case-by-case basis based on whether you reported the damage or missing items to us.
PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT
Please make sure you take all your items with you when you leave. Look in cupboards, drawers etc. If you leave an item, cleaning staff will deliver it to our office at the end of their shift. You can plan to pick it up from Monday to Friday between 11am and 3pm. We do not deliver. It is very important to take all your items with you when you leave.
