Bookings and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed either through our online booking system or directly with our office.

Payment requirements and schedules vary depending on the specific property.

Payments are accepted in MXN (Mexican Pesos) unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations and Refunds

Each property may have its own cancellation policy. Please review it carefully before finalizing your reservation.

Non-refundable fees such as cleaning or processing fees may apply.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are listed in your booking confirmation.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to treat the property with care and respect. You are financially responsible for any damage caused during your stay and must follow all posted house rules.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, Dean Fraser Property Management is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

We also cannot guarantee the continuous availability of website features or third-party services.

Property Management and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust bookings in the event of emergencies, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we’ll provide an equivalent alternative or issue a full refund as appropriate.

By accessing our website, you agree not to misuse it or engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with any disputes handled in the jurisdiction of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
